Abstract

The report shows the results that were reached as a result of this research whose objective is to analyze the links between the variables emotional competencies and entrepreneurial competencies in a sample of university students. Developed under the quantitative approach, it was necessary to use a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design and a sample calculated by probabilistic procedures was taken from 348 students of the Faculty of Medicine of the UNMSM, who were asked to answer two questionnaires duly confirmed in their validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed with Spearman's rho statistic and resulted in both variables being significantly linked (rho = 0.89 p< .001). In other results, it can be seen that the different dimensions of emotional competencies are significantly linked to all the dimensions of entrepreneurial competencies, so the importance of these variables for the professional training of students can be highlighted, and that the faculty must always keep in mind.
