Abstract

It was born in Trujillo the 5 of March of 1895. They were its Don Parents Alberto Quesada and Doña Carmen Larrea. As university student were in 1,917 founding President of the Federation of Students of Peru, being at the end of its studies Internal of Professor Juvenal Denegri and more ahead she enters to Teaching like Professor of Descriptive Anatomy in the Chair of the Prof. Villarán, of Topographic Anatomy with the Prof. Gastañeta in 1920. In 1925 it replaces to Villarán in the Chair of Propaedeutic Clinic happening to title in 1934. It is enlisted to the Military Health with the Degree of Lieutenant of Health enters the Hospital “San Bartholomew later” arriving at the Headquarters from Surgery 5 years. It participated actively in the warlike conflicts with Colombia (1931) and Ecuador (1941) reaching years later the Degree of General of Health of the Army constituting itself in the first Doctor Surgeon who managed to reach so high military rank. During the government of the Gral. Oscar R. Benavides holds the high position of Minister of Health, years later would hold also the high position of Director of Hospital “Two of May. Like a right recognition to its fruitful work the U.N.M.S.M.  the recognition like Professor Emérito grants to him with date 28 of March of 1963. It passes away in Lima the 7 of March of 1966 and is through this one compilation historical that we want to render to him just and deserved tribute to this great Military, Masterful Traumatólogo Doctor, Writer, University Authority, Minister of State and stop Civil employee of the Sector Health.
