Acute respiratory failure – Benign Craniofacial Fibrohistiocytoma: Case report

Fibrohistiocitoma Craneofacial Benigno: Reporte de Caso 

Abstract

We present the case of a surgically operated patient of wide resection of extensive right craniofacial tumor by cytological diagnosis compatible with adenocarcinoma, by fine needle aspiration biopsy. Patient evolves favorably and without problems after surgery, product of the histological anatomo-pathological study of the operative piece it is obtained that said tumor corresponded to benign fibrohistiocytoma with pseudoglandular areas and xanthomatous areas.
